Phone number & name — to create and secure your account (verified via Firebase Phone Authentication by Google).
Precise location — only while you use the app, to show barber saloons within 5 km or to pin your saloon's location. Never collected in the background.
Photos — only those you choose to upload (saloon covers, menu items, reviews) or a selfie you submit for the optional AI hairstyle preview.
Appointment & payment records — services booked, amounts, and payment status. Card/UPI details are processed entirely by Razorpay; Trimly never sees or stores them.
Bank payout details (barbers only) — account number/IFSC you provide for settlements; visible only to you and our payment operations.
To operate bookings, process prepayments and automatic refunds, send appointment notifications, generate tax invoices, and pay saloons their weekly settlements. AI hairstyle selfies are sent to Google's Gemini API for one-time processing and are not retained by Trimly.
We share data only with the saloon you book (your name, phone, appointment details), our payment processor (Razorpay), and Google services (Firebase Authentication, Gemini AI) — each strictly to provide the service. We never sell personal data.
Account data is kept while your account is active. Delete your account any time in the app under Profile → Delete account — your name, phone number and sign-in are removed immediately; completed booking records are kept in anonymized form as the saloons' business records. You can also email connect@akshaykotish.com from your registered number to request deletion — completed within 30 days.
All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Payment verification uses cryptographic signatures. Bank details are never exposed publicly.
